Bianca is a teenager girl  who is the main character of this film. Bianca is also called in the movie . They call her duff because she goes in a popular group and is not as pretty as the other girls in the group. A duff is someone who is an ugly  and who dresses badly in a popular group of beatiuful girls.

Wesley is a football captain and he  is a friend of Bianca's friend. For a long time. Wesley is a tall and  handsome guy who is in shape. He is a popular boy in the movie. He is who helps Bianca to be more beautiful and to dress better, 
and Bianca also helps him in getting good marks in science.

Unit 1 - write about an event.

                 The last Major event

On 29th Septemeber I was in Os de Balaguer because I have some cousins and family living there.

We celebrated a party with my dad's family. I  a good time because my friends and me I spent laughed a lot. I rember that ordered crep that's so good. After eating the crepe, we went dancing. My friends and me loved dancing but the music was boring so I went to see the stars. This moment was perfect!

The Festa Major event finished at 12p.m. An this was my last Fm in Os the Balaguer.

                                                  Making Vanilla Pound Cake

This is my favourite recipe. It's delicios.


Ingredients:
1 cup (225g) of unsaltes butter softened
1 cup (225g) of granulated suger
A pinch of salt
2 teaspoons 9,9 ml of vanilla extract
5 eggs
2 cups 240g, of cake flour, or yo can use 2 cups minus 234g of all-purpose flour plus 2 (16) of cornstarch.

Pround cakes are best baked in deep pans, such as oaf pans or handt pans.
Using butter or shortening to grease the pan. Then,sprinkle a light byer of flour into the pan, rotate the pan until it's evenly caated, then tap out the excess flour.

Place the buuter and sugar in a mix bowl and beat them together until the mix is light, fluffy and creamy.

For best results, add the egs one ar a time and bear the mixture in between keep beating the mixture until the eggs are completely incorporates.

Keep the electric mix on low or use a wooden spoon to stie the flour in a bit at a time until it's just incorporateds. be careful not to overmixil.

Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl
Rotate the pan 180 degroes haalfway through the cook time to ensure it bakes evenly the cake is finished when a toothpics isert in the centre comes outclean.

I love riding and i like playing tennis.

Our school is 37 years old and it has got 400 students.

We have got  a beatiful  building.


Here we are in the main entreance. This is the secretary and the concierge's office There is the also the staffroom - for the teachers only. That big room over there is the sports hall.

This is science lab. Those two table's there are bts of chair. It's a big room. I love it.

Hello! My name's Helena,I am 12 years old and my birthay is in February. I'm from Catalonia, I'm catalan and i live in Térmens. in my family there are 4 memebers, My mum's Maria, my dad's Ildefons and my sister's Paula. 


I get up at 7 o'clock, I go to Ins Almata.
Istart school at 8: 15 and i finish at 14:35, I go home and have dinner. I finish homework at 7 o' clock.


I love horse riding. I go horse riding to Os de Balaguer.
I like listening to music.

            The bedroom of my dreams

I'm Helena and here is my dream bedroom.
It's small and beatiful.I love it.


In my room, There's a big bed and a bedside table. There's a big wardrobe.
I've got lots of clothes, I haven't got windous in my room, but i've got some pictures. There isn't a waterbed.



My favourite thing in the room isn't my bed on my laptop-it's my books.
